Where Codmir is headed — from context framework to autonomous AI platform.

Vision & Roadmap

The Name

Code + Mir (Мир, Russian for "world"). Together: the world of code. A place where any project can live — software, trading, content — coordinated by people and AI agents.

The Vision

You should be able to describe what you want to build — and have 10,000 agents execute it by morning.

Codmir is the AI-first platform where humans and agents plan, execute, and evolve projects together. It acts as the shared brain and workspace where:

• Tasks are computable, auditable, and executable by AI
• Context persists across sessions, agents, and tools
• Every decision, deployment, and failure is recorded in a durable memory
• Agents work as your peers — not as autocomplete

Roadmap

Phase 1 — Collaboration Core (Live)

• Tickets as Context Capsules with agent runs and streaming logs
• AI code agents that investigate, code, test, and PR
• Error tracking, session replay, and AI monitoring via Overseer
• Desktop app with voice control for PMs and founders

Phase 2 — Intelligence Layer (In Progress)

• Cortex Protocol — AI-native file format for project intelligence
• Smart model routing across Claude, GPT, and Gemini
• Adaptive scheduling that learns from execution history
• Self-healing infrastructure (Overseer autonomous loop)
• Swarm execution — thousands of agents on one task

Phase 3 — Autonomous Platform

• Full AGI orchestration with sub-agents that decompose, execute, and verify
• Meeting-to-ticket pipeline (voice AI creates tickets from conversations)
• Multi-domain templates: software, trading, content, data, research
• Marketplace of agent plugins and reusable workflows
• Cortex Protocol as open standard for AI-to-AI collaboration

Principles

• Context is the product — tickets carry story, signals, code refs, diffs, tests
• Agents are first-class — tasks are computable and auditable by AIs
• Safety by design — permissions, isolation, and immutable history
• Open ecosystem — packages are open source, protocol is extensible
• Start solo, scale infinitely — same platform from one person to enterprise
